   Guess knows how to compose, and Guess Seductive (2010) is proof. The opening is built around Pear and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with African Orange Flower, which is where the fragrance really shines. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

The very first sniff is crisp Pear with Bergamot peeking through, very much my kind of start. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The first minutes are all about Pear with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with African Orange Flower, which is where the fragrance really shines. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The heart is the best part for me: Jasmine and African Orange Flower feel carefully balanced. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
