   I keep reaching for Un Jardin sur le Nil more than I expected to. The base rests on Musk and Iris — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The heart is the best part for me: Lotus and Bulrush feel carefully balanced. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   For a 2005 release, Un Jardin sur le Nil deserves more attention than it gets. The base rests on Musk and Iris — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Musk plus Iris and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   I picked up Un Jardin sur le Nil (2005) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Grapefruit and Green Mango — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Grapefruit alongside Green Mango, fresh and very easy to wear. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.
