   A couple of wears in, Live has really grown on me. As it settles, Caramel and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. The drydown leans on Caramel plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Picked up a sample of Live after reading the community buzz (2005). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Red Currant Blossom with Peony, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Red Currant Blossom and Peony feel carefully balanced. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   My first Jennifer Lopez experience was this one, Live (2005). The very first sniff is crisp Pineapple with Sicilian Lemon peeking through, very much my kind of start. Right away I get mostly Pineapple alongside Sicilian Lemon, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I have owned Live for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. That first spray gives a lovely Pineapple/Sicilian Lemon impression that dries down smoothly. The heart is the best part for me: Red Currant Blossom and Peony feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

The first minutes are all about Pineapple with a hint of Sicilian Lemon — it grabs attention without being pushy. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
