   I keep reaching for Boyfriend more than I expected to. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Myrhh with Amber, which is where the fragrance really shines. Give it a little time and Myrhh with Amber comes forward — smooth and well done. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I picked up Boyfriend (2010) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The heart is the best part for me: Myrhh and Amber feel carefully balanced. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Myrhh with Amber, which is where the fragrance really shines. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I would happily buy a full bottle.
