   Everyone keeps talking about Flower Tag, so I finally gave it a proper test. As it settles, Vanille and Musk come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Rhuburb with a hint of Black Currant — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   A friend passed me a decant of Flower Tag (2011) and I wasn’t prepared for it. That first spray gives a lovely Rhuburb/Black Currant impression that dries down smoothly. The drydown leans on Vanille plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. The composition is well made but not for me.

   Picked up a sample of Flower Tag after reading the community buzz (2011). Give it a little time and Peony with Lily-of-the-Valley comes forward — smooth and well done. The first minutes are all about Rhuburb with a hint of Black Currant — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   Kenzo knows how to compose, and Flower Tag (2011) is proof. That first spray gives a lovely Rhuburb/Black Currant impression that dries down smoothly. The opening is built around Rhuburb and Black Currant — bright and immediately recognizable. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Peony with Lily-of-the-Valley, which is where the fragrance really shines. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.
