   La Rive knows how to compose, and Her Choice (2022) is proof. The base rests on White Musk and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. That first spray gives a lovely Orange Blossom/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I have owned Her Choice for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. As it settles, White Musk and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Indian Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I picked up Her Choice (2022) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Give it a little time and Indian Jasmine comes forward — smooth and well done. The heart is the best part for me: Indian Jasmine feel carefully balanced. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Her Choice. As it settles, White Musk and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Orange Blossom with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I picked up Her Choice (2022) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The very first sniff is crisp Orange Blossom with Bergamot peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Indian Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
