   I picked up Vanilla Touch (2013) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Jasmine and Gardenia — bright and immediately recognizable. The first minutes are all about Jasmine with a hint of Gardenia — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   Picked up a sample of Vanilla Touch after reading the community buzz (2013). The very first sniff is crisp Jasmine with Gardenia peeking through, very much my kind of start. That first spray gives a lovely Jasmine/Gardenia impression that dries down smoothly. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I keep reaching for Vanilla Touch more than I expected to. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The heart is the best part for me: Jasmine and Freesia feel carefully balanced. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
