   I picked up Nilang 2011 (2011) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Melon/Peach impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Clove with Blueberry comes forward — smooth and well done. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I picked up Nilang 2011 (2011) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Melon and Peach — bright and immediately recognizable. The base rests on Patchouli and Vanille — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   For a 2011 release, Nilang 2011 deserves more attention than it gets. Right away I get mostly Melon alongside Peach, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Melon with a hint of Peach — it grabs attention without being pushy. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   A friend passed me a decant of Nilang 2011 (2011) and I wasn’t prepared for it. As it settles, Patchouli and Vanille come through and give it real depth. The base rests on Patchouli and Vanille — warm, grounded and easy to live with. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   For a 2011 release, Nilang 2011 deserves more attention than it gets. The first minutes are all about Melon with a hint of Peach — it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Clove and Blueberry feel carefully balanced. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
