   I’ve been wearing O Oui! on and off for a few weeks now (1999). That first spray gives a lovely Water Hyacinth/Vodka impression that dries down smoothly. The very first sniff is crisp Water Hyacinth with Vodka peeking through, very much my kind of start. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I’ve been wearing O Oui! on and off for a few weeks now (1999). The opening is built around Water Hyacinth and Vodka — bright and immediately recognizable. The very first sniff is crisp Water Hyacinth with Vodka peeking through, very much my kind of start. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   Everyone keeps talking about O Oui!, so I finally gave it a proper test. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into White Flowers with Green Apple, which is where the fragrance really shines. The very first sniff is crisp Water Hyacinth with Vodka peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   I picked up O Oui! (1999) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The very first sniff is crisp Water Hyacinth with Vodka peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into White Flowers with Green Apple, which is where the fragrance really shines. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   My first Lancôme experience was this one, O Oui! (1999). The drydown leans on Water Lily plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Give it a little time and White Flowers with Green Apple comes forward — smooth and well done. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

Right away I get mostly Water Hyacinth alongside Vodka, fresh and very easy to wear. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   For a 1999 release, O Oui! deserves more attention than it gets. As it settles, Water Lily and Musk come through and give it real depth. The base rests on Water Lily and Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
