   I picked up Oud Mood mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Rose/Saffron impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Agarwood (Oud) with Caramel comes forward — smooth and well done. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   I keep reaching for Oud Mood more than I expected to. The very first sniff is crisp Rose with Saffron peeking through, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Woody Notes and Amber come through and give it real depth. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   A couple of wears in, Oud Mood has really grown on me. Right away I get mostly Rose alongside Saffron, fresh and very easy to wear. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Agarwood (Oud) with Caramel, which is where the fragrance really shines. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I’ve been wearing Oud Mood on and off for a few weeks now. As it settles, Woody Notes and Amber come through and give it real depth. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I have owned Oud Mood for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Agarwood (Oud) with Caramel, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Agarwood (Oud) and Caramel feel carefully balanced. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

The opening is built around Rose and Saffron — bright and immediately recognizable. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. The composition is well made but not for me.

That first spray gives a lovely Rose/Saffron impression that dries down smoothly. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
