   A friend passed me a decant of Loewe 7 (2010) and I wasn’t prepared for it. As it settles, Cedar and Vetiver come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Incense with Neroli comes forward — smooth and well done. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I’ve been wearing Loewe 7 on and off for a few weeks now (2010). The base rests on Cedar and Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. As it settles, Cedar and Vetiver come through and give it real depth. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

The drydown leans on Cedar plus Vetiver and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   Loewe knows how to compose, and Loewe 7 (2010) is proof. The heart is the best part for me: Incense and Neroli feel carefully balanced. The very first sniff is crisp Pepper with Apple peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

The base rests on Cedar and Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

The first minutes are all about Pepper with a hint of Apple — it grabs attention without being pushy. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.
