I’ve been wearing Karma on and off for a few weeks now (1995). The base rests on Patchouli and Fir Resin β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Fir Resin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

I keep reaching for Karma more than I expected to. The very first sniff is crisp Orange with Lemongrass peeking through, very much my kind of start. Give it a little time and Pine Tree with Lemon comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

I picked up Karma (1995) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Orange and Lemongrass β€” bright and immediately recognizable. That first spray gives a lovely Orange/Lemongrass impression that dries down smoothly. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.

A couple of wears in, Karma has really grown on me. Give it a little time and Pine Tree with Lemon comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Fir Resin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. The composition is well made but not for me.

A friend passed me a decant of Karma (1995) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Give it a little time and Pine Tree with Lemon comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The very first sniff is crisp Orange with Lemongrass peeking through, very much my kind of start. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

Lush knows how to compose, and Karma (1995) is proof. The base rests on Patchouli and Fir Resin β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. I would happily buy a full bottle.

I have owned Karma for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. As it settles, Patchouli and Fir Resin come through and give it real depth. The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Fir Resin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

For a 1995 release, Karma deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Pine Tree with Lemon, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Pine Tree and Lemon feel carefully balanced. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Everyone keeps talking about Karma, so I finally gave it a proper test. The opening is built around Orange and Lemongrass β€” bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Fir Resin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

A couple of wears in, Karma has really grown on me. The heart is the best part for me: Pine Tree and Lemon feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Pine Tree with Lemon comes forward β€” smooth and well done. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. The composition is well made but not for me.

Lush knows how to compose, and Karma (1995) is proof. As it settles, Patchouli and Fir Resin come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Orange with a hint of Lemongrass β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

For a 1995 release, Karma deserves more attention than it gets. The heart is the best part for me: Pine Tree and Lemon feel carefully balanced. That first spray gives a lovely Orange/Lemongrass impression that dries down smoothly. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. This one gets my highest praise β€” beautiful from start to finish.

I keep reaching for Karma more than I expected to. The base rests on Patchouli and Fir Resin β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The opening is built around Orange and Lemongrass β€” bright and immediately recognizable. Two sprays are enough β€” it carries well without shouting. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
