   I have owned Coco Vanille for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The opening is built around Coconut and White Peach — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Coconut alongside White Peach, fresh and very easy to wear. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Mancera knows how to compose, and Coco Vanille (2016) is proof. The heart is the best part for me: Tiare Flower and Ylang-Ylang feel carefully balanced. The drydown leans on Madagascar Vanilla plus White Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   Everyone keeps talking about Coco Vanille, so I finally gave it a proper test. That first spray gives a lovely Coconut/White Peach impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Coconut alongside White Peach, fresh and very easy to wear. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   I keep reaching for Coco Vanille more than I expected to. Give it a little time and Tiare Flower with Ylang-Ylang comes forward — smooth and well done. That first spray gives a lovely Coconut/White Peach impression that dries down smoothly. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   A couple of wears in, Coco Vanille has really grown on me. The drydown leans on Madagascar Vanilla plus White Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. That first spray gives a lovely Coconut/White Peach impression that dries down smoothly. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

Right away I get mostly Coconut alongside White Peach, fresh and very easy to wear. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
