   My first Mancera experience was this one, Saharian Wind (2020). The very first sniff is crisp Spices with Leather peeking through, very much my kind of start. That first spray gives a lovely Spices/Leather impression that dries down smoothly. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   I’ve been wearing Saharian Wind on and off for a few weeks now (2020). The drydown leans on Woody Notes plus Tobacco and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The base rests on Woody Notes and Tobacco — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I have owned Saharian Wind for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The very first sniff is crisp Spices with Leather peeking through, very much my kind of start. The first minutes are all about Spices with a hint of Leather — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   A decant of Saharian Wind sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The first minutes are all about Spices with a hint of Leather — it grabs attention without being pushy. The very first sniff is crisp Spices with Leather peeking through, very much my kind of start. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Picked up a sample of Saharian Wind after reading the community buzz (2020). As it settles, Woody Notes and Tobacco come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Cypress with Lavender comes forward — smooth and well done. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I would happily buy a full bottle.
