   A friend passed me a decant of Marc Jacobs Men (2002) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Give it a little time and Fig Leaf with Water Notes comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown leans on Cedar plus Tonka Bean and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   My first Marc Jacobs experience was this one, Marc Jacobs Men (2002). The drydown leans on Cedar plus Tonka Bean and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Cypress and Cardamom — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   My first Marc Jacobs experience was this one, Marc Jacobs Men (2002). The base rests on Cedar and Tonka Bean — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Cypress with Cardamom peeking through, very much my kind of start. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I picked up Marc Jacobs Men (2002) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The first minutes are all about Cypress with a hint of Cardamom — it grabs attention without being pushy. The very first sniff is crisp Cypress with Cardamom peeking through, very much my kind of start. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   I’ve been wearing Marc Jacobs Men on and off for a few weeks now (2002). Right away I get mostly Cypress alongside Cardamom, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown leans on Cedar plus Tonka Bean and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
