   Picked up a sample of Mexx Black for Her after reading the community buzz (2009). The very first sniff is crisp Black Currant with Marigold peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Litchi with Virginia Cedar, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   Picked up a sample of Mexx Black for Her after reading the community buzz (2009). That first spray gives a lovely Black Currant/Marigold impression that dries down smoothly. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Litchi with Virginia Cedar, which is where the fragrance really shines. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

That first spray gives a lovely Black Currant/Marigold impression that dries down smoothly. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Mexx Black for Her. The base rests on Sandalwood and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. As it settles, Sandalwood and Amber come through and give it real depth. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A couple of wears in, Mexx Black for Her has really grown on me. That first spray gives a lovely Black Currant/Marigold impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Black Currant alongside Marigold, fresh and very easy to wear. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I would happily buy a full bottle.
