   Montale knows how to compose, and Infinity (2023) is proof. The base rests on Tobacco Leaf and Tonka — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Black cherry with Plum peeking through, very much my kind of start. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I’ve been wearing Infinity on and off for a few weeks now (2023). The very first sniff is crisp Black cherry with Plum peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Oud with Leather, which is where the fragrance really shines. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Picked up a sample of Infinity after reading the community buzz (2023). Right away I get mostly Black cherry alongside Plum, fresh and very easy to wear. The base rests on Tobacco Leaf and Tonka — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

The drydown leans on Tobacco Leaf plus Tonka and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

The first minutes are all about Black cherry with a hint of Plum — it grabs attention without being pushy. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

The base rests on Tobacco Leaf and Tonka — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

The heart is the best part for me: Oud and Leather feel carefully balanced. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
