   I have owned Oudmazing for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The opening is built around Agarwood (Oud) and Fig — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Agarwood (Oud) alongside Fig, fresh and very easy to wear. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   I have owned Oudmazing for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Right away I get mostly Agarwood (Oud) alongside Fig, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown leans on Grapes plus Madagascar Vanilla and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   A decant of Oudmazing sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. That first spray gives a lovely Agarwood (Oud)/Fig impression that dries down smoothly. The very first sniff is crisp Agarwood (Oud) with Fig peeking through, very much my kind of start. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   A friend passed me a decant of Oudmazing (2016) and I wasn’t prepared for it. As it settles, Grapes and Madagascar Vanilla come through and give it real depth. Right away I get mostly Agarwood (Oud) alongside Fig, fresh and very easy to wear. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

The first minutes are all about Agarwood (Oud) with a hint of Fig — it grabs attention without being pushy. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. The composition is well made but not for me.

The base rests on Grapes and Madagascar Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.
