   A friend passed me a decant of Legend (2011) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The base rests on Tonka Bean and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Tonka Bean plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   I’ve been wearing Legend on and off for a few weeks now (2011). The drydown leans on Tonka Bean plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Right away I get mostly Lavender alongside Pineapple, fresh and very easy to wear. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Red Apple with Dried Fruits, which is where the fragrance really shines. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

Right away I get mostly Lavender alongside Pineapple, fresh and very easy to wear. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

The drydown leans on Tonka Bean plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
