   I have owned Dulce Diablo for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The base rests on Madagascar Vanilla and Tonka Bean — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The first minutes are all about Rum with a hint of Chocolate — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   Narcotica knows how to compose, and Dulce Diablo (2022) is proof. The first minutes are all about Rum with a hint of Chocolate — it grabs attention without being pushy. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Dried apricot with Cacao, which is where the fragrance really shines. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   A decant of Dulce Diablo sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. Give it a little time and Dried apricot with Cacao comes forward — smooth and well done.
