   A friend passed me a decant of Luna Absoluta (2020) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Give it a little time and Rose with Orchid comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Sweet Notes and Indonesian Patchouli Leaf — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   My first Natura experience was this one, Luna Absoluta (2020). That first spray gives a lovely Raspberry/Pomegranate impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Sweet Notes and Indonesian Patchouli Leaf — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Natura knows how to compose, and Luna Absoluta (2020) is proof. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Rose with Orchid, which is where the fragrance really shines. The drydown leans on Sweet Notes plus Indonesian Patchouli Leaf and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I’ve been wearing Luna Absoluta on and off for a few weeks now (2020). The base rests on Sweet Notes and Indonesian Patchouli Leaf — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Rose with Orchid, which is where the fragrance really shines. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I would happily buy a full bottle.

The heart is the best part for me: Rose and Orchid feel carefully balanced. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.
