   I picked up Ricci Ricci (2009) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Right away I get mostly Rhuburb alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Rhuburb with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A decant of Ricci Ricci sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The very first sniff is crisp Rhuburb with Bergamot peeking through, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Patchouli and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   My first Nina Ricci experience was this one, Ricci Ricci (2009). The base rests on Patchouli and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The first minutes are all about Rhuburb with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I’ve been wearing Ricci Ricci on and off for a few weeks now (2009). As it settles, Patchouli and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   Picked up a sample of Ricci Ricci after reading the community buzz (2009). That first spray gives a lovely Rhuburb/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Patchouli and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

Give it a little time and Datura with Tuberose comes forward — smooth and well done. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
