   For a 2022 release, Papilefiko deserves more attention than it gets. Give it a little time and Lavender with Artemisia comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Balsam Fir and Styrax — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   Everyone keeps talking about Papilefiko, so I finally gave it a proper test. That first spray gives a lovely Cardamom/Coriander impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Lavender with Artemisia comes forward — smooth and well done. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   My first Nishane experience was this one, Papilefiko (2022). That first spray gives a lovely Cardamom/Coriander impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Balsam Fir and Styrax come through and give it real depth. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   Everyone keeps talking about Papilefiko, so I finally gave it a proper test. The very first sniff is crisp Cardamom with Coriander peeking through, very much my kind of start. The first minutes are all about Cardamom with a hint of Coriander — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
