   A friend passed me a decant of Wulong Cha X (2023) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The opening is built around Bergamot and Yuzu — bright and immediately recognizable. The heart is the best part for me: Green Tea and Magnolia feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I have owned Wulong Cha X for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. As it settles, Musk and Fig come through and give it real depth. Right away I get mostly Bergamot alongside Yuzu, fresh and very easy to wear. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A friend passed me a decant of Wulong Cha X (2023) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The drydown leans on Musk plus Fig and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The very first sniff is crisp Bergamot with Yuzu peeking through, very much my kind of start. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
