   I picked up Glamour (2001) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The first minutes are all about Citruses with a hint of Neroli — it grabs attention without being pushy. The base rests on Musk and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   For a 2001 release, Glamour deserves more attention than it gets. That first spray gives a lovely Citruses/Neroli impression that dries down smoothly. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Iris with Cinnamon, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

Right away I get mostly Citruses alongside Neroli, fresh and very easy to wear. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   A couple of wears in, Glamour has really grown on me. The very first sniff is crisp Citruses with Neroli peeking through, very much my kind of start. The drydown leans on Musk plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
