   A decant of Herod sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. Right away I get mostly Cinnamon alongside Pepperwood™, fresh and very easy to wear. The heart is the best part for me: Tobacco Leaf and Incense feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

The very first sniff is crisp Cinnamon with Pepperwood™ peeking through, very much my kind of start. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   Everyone keeps talking about Herod, so I finally gave it a proper test. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tobacco Leaf with Incense, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Tobacco Leaf and Incense feel carefully balanced. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
