   I have owned Sedley for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. That first spray gives a lovely Lemon/Mint impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Lemon with a hint of Mint — it grabs attention without being pushy. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   My first Parfums de Marly experience was this one, Sedley (2019). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Lavender with Rosemary, which is where the fragrance really shines. The opening is built around Lemon and Mint — bright and immediately recognizable. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   A decant of Sedley sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. As it settles, Ambroxan and Sandalowood come through and give it real depth. The heart is the best part for me: Lavender and Rosemary feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   Picked up a sample of Sedley after reading the community buzz (2019). The drydown leans on Ambroxan plus Sandalowood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Lemon and Mint — bright and immediately recognizable. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
