   A friend passed me a decant of Minya (2024) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The base rests on Vanilla and Salted caramel — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Salted caramel and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   Picked up a sample of Minya after reading the community buzz (2024). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Heliotrope with Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. That first spray gives a lovely Almond/Pistachio impression that dries down smoothly. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The very first sniff is crisp Almond with Pistachio peeking through, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.
