   A couple of wears in, Dazzle has really grown on me. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Orchid with Violet, which is where the fragrance really shines. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Champagne and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

   I picked up Dazzle (2012) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. As it settles, Vanilla and Champagne come through and give it real depth. The base rests on Vanilla and Champagne — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   Paris Hilton knows how to compose, and Dazzle (2012) is proof. The heart is the best part for me: Orchid and Violet feel carefully balanced. The first minutes are all about Sour Cherry with a hint of Red Apple — it grabs attention without being pushy. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.
