   I picked up Fame Parfum (2023) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The drydown leans on Benzoin plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. That first spray gives a lovely Mango/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   For a 2023 release, Fame Parfum deserves more attention than it gets. Right away I get mostly Mango alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Mango with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Everyone keeps talking about Fame Parfum, so I finally gave it a proper test. The drydown leans on Benzoin plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The very first sniff is crisp Mango with Bergamot peeking through, very much my kind of start. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
