   My first Rabanne experience was this one, Invictus Victory Elixir (2023). The first minutes are all about Lavender with a hint of Cardamom — it grabs attention without being pushy. Right away I get mostly Lavender alongside Cardamom, fresh and very easy to wear. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   Rabanne knows how to compose, and Invictus Victory Elixir (2023) is proof. That first spray gives a lovely Lavender/Cardamom impression that dries down smoothly. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Incense with Patchouli, which is where the fragrance really shines. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   Everyone keeps talking about Invictus Victory Elixir, so I finally gave it a proper test. The first minutes are all about Lavender with a hint of Cardamom — it grabs attention without being pushy. As it settles, Vanilla Pod and Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.
