   A decant of Olympéa Parfum sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. Give it a little time and Jasmine with Orange Blossom comes forward — smooth and well done. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with Orange Blossom, which is where the fragrance really shines. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Everyone keeps talking about Olympéa Parfum, so I finally gave it a proper test. The very first sniff is crisp Clary Sage with Pink Pepper peeking through, very much my kind of start. Give it a little time and Jasmine with Orange Blossom comes forward — smooth and well done. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   Rabanne knows how to compose, and Olympéa Parfum (2024) is proof. As it settles, Vanilla and Benzoin come through and give it real depth. The first minutes are all about Clary Sage with a hint of Pink Pepper — it grabs attention without being pushy. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A friend passed me a decant of Olympéa Parfum (2024) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Right away I get mostly Clary Sage alongside Pink Pepper, fresh and very easy to wear. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with Orange Blossom, which is where the fragrance really shines. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.
