   For a 2012 release, Ambre Loup deserves more attention than it gets. Give it a little time and Labdanum with Vanilla Absolute comes forward — smooth and well done. The opening is built around Spices and Cloves — bright and immediately recognizable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I’ve been wearing Ambre Loup on and off for a few weeks now (2012). The heart is the best part for me: Labdanum and Vanilla Absolute feel carefully balanced. As it settles, Guaiac Wood and Agarwood (Oud) come through and give it real depth. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Give it a little time and Labdanum with Vanilla Absolute comes forward — smooth and well done. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   My first Rania J experience was this one, Ambre Loup (2012). The opening is built around Spices and Cloves — bright and immediately recognizable. As it settles, Guaiac Wood and Agarwood (Oud) come through and give it real depth. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.
