   I’ve been wearing Eau de Rochas Homme on and off for a few weeks now (1993). The opening is built around Lime and Lemon — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown leans on Vetiver plus Oakmoss and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   For a 1993 release, Eau de Rochas Homme deserves more attention than it gets. The first minutes are all about Lime with a hint of Lemon — it grabs attention without being pushy. Give it a little time and Coriander with Lily-of-the-Valley comes forward — smooth and well done. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

As it settles, Vetiver and Oakmoss come through and give it real depth. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. The base rests on Vetiver and Oakmoss — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.
