   Everyone keeps talking about Mistpouffer, so I finally gave it a proper test. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Pine Tree with Ozonic notes, which is where the fragrance really shines. Give it a little time and Pine Tree with Ozonic notes comes forward — smooth and well done. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   Picked up a sample of Mistpouffer after reading the community buzz (2019). That first spray gives a lovely Immortelle/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Pine Tree with Ozonic notes comes forward — smooth and well done. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   My first Stora Skuggan experience was this one, Mistpouffer (2019). Right away I get mostly Immortelle alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. That first spray gives a lovely Immortelle/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I’ve been wearing Mistpouffer on and off for a few weeks now (2019). That first spray gives a lovely Immortelle/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Pine Tree with Ozonic notes, which is where the fragrance really shines. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. The composition is well made but not for me.

The drydown leans on Sugar plus Smoke and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   A couple of wears in, Mistpouffer has really grown on me. As it settles, Sugar and Smoke come through and give it real depth. The opening is built around Immortelle and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. The composition is well made but not for me.
