   I picked up Shaghaf Oud Azraq (2022) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Leather and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The very first sniff is crisp Honey with Agarwood peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I’ve been wearing Shaghaf Oud Azraq on and off for a few weeks now (2022). As it settles, Patchouli and Leather come through and give it real depth. Right away I get mostly Honey alongside Agarwood, fresh and very easy to wear. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A decant of Shaghaf Oud Azraq sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. Right away I get mostly Honey alongside Agarwood, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Honey with a hint of Agarwood — it grabs attention without being pushy. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I would happily buy a full bottle.
