   Picked up a sample of Café Cabanel after reading the community buzz (2019). As it settles, Caramel and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. The opening is built around Cinnamon and Coffee — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   I keep reaching for Café Cabanel more than I expected to. The very first sniff is crisp Cinnamon with Coffee peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Butter with Milk, which is where the fragrance really shines. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   Everyone keeps talking about Café Cabanel, so I finally gave it a proper test. The drydown leans on Caramel plus Vanilla and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. That first spray gives a lovely Cinnamon/Coffee impression that dries down smoothly. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   For a 2019 release, Café Cabanel deserves more attention than it gets. The base rests on Caramel and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. As it settles, Caramel and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I picked up Café Cabanel (2019) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The heart is the best part for me: Butter and Milk feel carefully balanced. As it settles, Caramel and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   A friend passed me a decant of Café Cabanel (2019) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The base rests on Caramel and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Right away I get mostly Cinnamon alongside Coffee, fresh and very easy to wear. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.
