   Picked up a sample of Coconut Sun after reading the community buzz (2023). That first spray gives a lovely Coconut water/Citruses impression that dries down smoothly. The drydown leans on Vanilla and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   A friend passed me a decant of Coconut Sun (2023) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The very first sniff is crisp Coconut water with Citruses peeking through, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Vanilla come through and give it real depth. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   A couple of wears in, Coconut Sun has really grown on me. The very first sniff is crisp Coconut water with Citruses peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Frangipani with Sea Salt, which is where the fragrance really shines. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   My first The 7 Virtues experience was this one, Coconut Sun (2023). As it settles, Vanilla come through and give it real depth. The very first sniff is crisp Coconut water with Citruses peeking through, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   I keep reaching for Coconut Sun more than I expected to. The heart is the best part for me: Frangipani and Sea Salt feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Frangipani with Sea Salt comes forward — smooth and well done. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
