   My first Tom Ford experience was this one, Bitter Peach (2020). That first spray gives a lovely Peach/Blood Orange impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Peach alongside Blood Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   I’ve been wearing Bitter Peach on and off for a few weeks now (2020). The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Indonesian Patchouli Leaf and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The very first sniff is crisp Peach with Blood Orange peeking through, very much my kind of start. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

That first spray gives a lovely Peach/Blood Orange impression that dries down smoothly. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   I picked up Bitter Peach (2020) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Peach and Blood Orange — bright and immediately recognizable. The first minutes are all about Peach with a hint of Blood Orange — it grabs attention without being pushy. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.
