For a 2011 release, Santal Blush deserves more attention than it gets. The heart is the best part for me: Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Ylang-Ylang with Jasmine comes forward β€” smooth and well done. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

A couple of wears in, Santal Blush has really grown on me. The heart is the best part for me: Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. That first spray gives a lovely Spices/Cinnamon impression that dries down smoothly. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

Picked up a sample of Santal Blush after reading the community buzz (2011). The base rests on Sandalwood and Benzoin β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The opening is built around Spices and Cinnamon β€” bright and immediately recognizable. It performs better in warmer weather β€” in the heat it opens up nicely. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

For a 2011 release, Santal Blush deserves more attention than it gets. As it settles, Sandalwood and Benzoin come through and give it real depth. The heart is the best part for me: Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Santal Blush. As it settles, Sandalwood and Benzoin come through and give it real depth. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Ylang-Ylang with Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.

I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Santal Blush. The drydown leans on Sandalwood plus Benzoin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The heart is the best part for me: Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

My first Tom Ford experience was this one, Santal Blush (2011). Give it a little time and Ylang-Ylang with Jasmine comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The base rests on Sandalwood and Benzoin β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

Everyone keeps talking about Santal Blush, so I finally gave it a proper test. The opening is built around Spices and Cinnamon β€” bright and immediately recognizable. Give it a little time and Ylang-Ylang with Jasmine comes forward β€” smooth and well done. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. The composition is well made but not for me.

I’ve been wearing Santal Blush on and off for a few weeks now (2011). The base rests on Sandalwood and Benzoin β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Spices with Cinnamon peeking through, very much my kind of start. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

A decant of Santal Blush sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. That first spray gives a lovely Spices/Cinnamon impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Spices with a hint of Cinnamon β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

My first Tom Ford experience was this one, Santal Blush (2011). Right away I get mostly Spices alongside Cinnamon, fresh and very easy to wear. The very first sniff is crisp Spices with Cinnamon peeking through, very much my kind of start. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

Give it a little time and Ylang-Ylang with Jasmine comes forward β€” smooth and well done. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
