   A friend passed me a decant of Delicate Rose (2012) and I wasn’t prepared for it. That first spray gives a lovely Yuzu/Bamboo impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Musk and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   Picked up a sample of Delicate Rose after reading the community buzz (2012). The heart is the best part for me: Rose and Lotus feel carefully balanced. The drydown leans on Musk plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   Picked up a sample of Delicate Rose after reading the community buzz (2012). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Rose with Lotus, which is where the fragrance really shines. Right away I get mostly Yuzu alongside Bamboo, fresh and very easy to wear. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

Give it a little time and Rose with Lotus comes forward — smooth and well done. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.
