   Victoria’s Secret knows how to compose, and Rush (2014) is proof. The base rests on Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The heart is the best part for me: White Flowers feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   For a 2014 release, Rush deserves more attention than it gets. The base rests on Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Amber and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I have owned Rush for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The heart is the best part for me: White Flowers feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and White Flowers comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   A friend passed me a decant of Rush (2014) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Give it a little time and White Flowers comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Picked up a sample of Rush after reading the community buzz (2014). As it settles, Amber come through and give it real depth. The heart is the best part for me: White Flowers feel carefully balanced. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   For a 2014 release, Rush deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into White Flowers, which is where the fragrance really shines. The base rests on Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I wanted to like it more than I did.

The drydown leans on Amber and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.
