   I have owned Hedonist for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Osmanthus with Tobacco, which is where the fragrance really shines. That first spray gives a lovely Peach/Rum impression that dries down smoothly. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   A couple of wears in, Hedonist has really grown on me. The heart is the best part for me: Osmanthus and Tobacco feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Osmanthus with Tobacco comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

The base rests on Vanilla and Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   Viktoria Minya knows how to compose, and Hedonist (2013) is proof. The very first sniff is crisp Peach with Rum peeking through, very much my kind of start. Give it a little time and Osmanthus with Tobacco comes forward — smooth and well done. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.
