   A couple of wears in, Flowerbomb Midnight has really grown on me. The first minutes are all about Black Currant with a hint of Pomegranate — it grabs attention without being pushy. As it settles, White Musk and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   For a 2019 release, Flowerbomb Midnight deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Night-blooming jasmine with Peony, which is where the fragrance really shines. As it settles, White Musk and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   Viktor&Rolf knows how to compose, and Flowerbomb Midnight (2019) is proof. Right away I get mostly Black Currant alongside Pomegranate, fresh and very easy to wear. The opening is built around Black Currant and Pomegranate — bright and immediately recognizable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.
