   Picked up a sample of Chicago High after reading the community buzz (2020). The opening is built around Champagne and Pineapple — bright and immediately recognizable. As it settles, Leather and Amber come through and give it real depth. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I’ve been wearing Chicago High on and off for a few weeks now (2020). The very first sniff is crisp Champagne with Pineapple peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tobacco with Honey, which is where the fragrance really shines. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   A couple of wears in, Chicago High has really grown on me. As it settles, Leather and Amber come through and give it real depth. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tobacco with Honey, which is where the fragrance really shines. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Vilhelm Parfumerie knows how to compose, and Chicago High (2020) is proof. The opening is built around Champagne and Pineapple — bright and immediately recognizable. The heart is the best part for me: Tobacco and Honey feel carefully balanced. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I would happily buy a full bottle.

The opening is built around Champagne and Pineapple — bright and immediately recognizable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I picked up Chicago High (2020) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The base rests on Leather and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Give it a little time and Tobacco with Honey comes forward — smooth and well done. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.
