   My first XerJoff experience was this one, Lua (2009). As it settles, Musk and Vanilla come through and give it real depth. The base rests on Musk and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   XerJoff knows how to compose, and Lua (2009) is proof. The base rests on Musk and Vanilla — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The opening is built around Melon and Orange — bright and immediately recognizable. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   Picked up a sample of Lua after reading the community buzz (2009). That first spray gives a lovely Melon/Orange impression that dries down smoothly. The drydown leans on Musk plus Vanilla and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I keep reaching for Lua more than I expected to. Right away I get mostly Melon alongside Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Melon with a hint of Orange — it grabs attention without being pushy. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

Give it a little time and Iris with Rose comes forward — smooth and well done. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   My first XerJoff experience was this one, Lua (2009). The first minutes are all about Melon with a hint of Orange — it grabs attention without being pushy. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Iris with Rose, which is where the fragrance really shines. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. The composition is well made but not for me.

The very first sniff is crisp Melon with Orange peeking through, very much my kind of start. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
