   A couple of wears in, Nio has really grown on me. The opening is built around Bergamot and Green Notes — bright and immediately recognizable. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Cardamom with Pink Pepper, which is where the fragrance really shines. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

The very first sniff is crisp Bergamot with Green Notes peeking through, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.
