   A couple of wears in, Uden has really grown on me. That first spray gives a lovely Citruses/Lemon impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Vanilla and Coffee come through and give it real depth. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   My first XerJoff experience was this one, Uden (2009). The first minutes are all about Citruses with a hint of Lemon — it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Rum and Guaiac Wood feel carefully balanced. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I picked up Uden (2009) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. As it settles, Vanilla and Coffee come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Rum with Guaiac Wood comes forward — smooth and well done. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

As it settles, Vanilla and Coffee come through and give it real depth. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   I picked up Uden (2009) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Right away I get mostly Citruses alongside Lemon, fresh and very easy to wear. The opening is built around Citruses and Lemon — bright and immediately recognizable. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

    A decant of Uden sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Rum with Guaiac Wood, which is where the fragrance really shines. Right away I get mostly Citruses alongside Lemon, fresh and very easy to wear. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I would happily buy a full bottle.
