   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Deep Garden. Right away I get mostly Pear, fresh and very easy to wear. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tuberose, which is where the fragrance really shines. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   Zara knows how to compose, and Deep Garden (2018) is proof. That first spray gives a lovely Pear impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Pear — it grabs attention without being pushy. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tuberose, which is where the fragrance really shines. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Everyone keeps talking about Deep Garden, so I finally gave it a proper test. The very first sniff is crisp Pear, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Tonka Bean come through and give it real depth. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   For a 2018 release, Deep Garden deserves more attention than it gets. Give it a little time and Tuberose comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Tonka Bean — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
