   My first Zara experience was this one, Lightly Bloom (2018). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Peony, which is where the fragrance really shines. Right away I get mostly Lotus, fresh and very easy to wear. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   A couple of wears in, Lightly Bloom has really grown on me. Give it a little time and Peony comes forward — smooth and well done. The very first sniff is crisp Lotus, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I’ve been wearing Lightly Bloom on and off for a few weeks now (2018). The heart is the best part for me: Peony feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Peony comes forward — smooth and well done. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
